Situated in the heart of the village of Youlgreave and its various amenities, the property is well positioned for visiting the local pubs after a day spent outdoors. The nearby market town of Bakewell offers a gentler meander through its quaint shops and cafes.

Stepping into the property the spacious lounge with dual aspect windows let the light flood in. After a busy day of exploring, snuggle up on the comfy sofas in front of the warming wood burner and watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal if you decide to stay home, equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and washing machine. The dining area presents a table large enough for the whole family to come together. Heading upstairs there is a master bedroom with double bed and views over the garden. The second bedroom offers twin beds, and the third bedroom is a single with additional single pull out bed. Completing the accommodation is the bright and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC (there are a couple of steps which lead up to the shower over bath).

Heading outside, the property has a garden to the rear with outdoor seating. There is bicycle storage to the side. Off-road parking for one car and roadside parking immediately adjacent to the property for 1 further car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Pros:The property was ideally situated in Youlgreave. The log burner made the lounge very cosy. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable and a great nights sleep was had. The property is a little basic for the price paid. The kitchen in particular needs some improvement and just in case you require it there is no freezer compartment. No welcomRead moree pack, or personal touch, just a pint of milk. We will visit the village again. Its a shame as its in a great spot Hide

Location great in a quiet village with three friendly, food serving pubs - even with a dog. Cottage itself is very basic, with everything thats needed but non luxurious. Felt cottage was overpriced for what it offered.

Lovely house , clean and conveniently located. Lots of entertainment for toddlers within 20 min drive (Heights of Abraham, Farm park, soft play, etc) and nice and easy walks around the village.

The cottage is in a nice central position very close to Bakewell which make the famous Bakewll tart and puddings The cottage has WiFi and a washer drier to do all your clothes even when raining Clean and tidy well decorated and comfortable beds
