Also within easy reach the riverside towns of Ross-on-Wye hailed as the birthplace of modern tourism with its 17th century market house, and Monmouth the birth place of Henry V.

Meander up the hillside and enter through your own private wooden gated entrance, the hand crafted storm porch further enhances the traditional stone frontage of this beautiful barn, you’ll be welcomed by the spacious lounge with cosy soft furnishings inviting for a romantic evening in front of an old movie, the bespoke wooden steps carved out of sleepers will take you into the contemporary styled kitchen, well-equipped for any stay with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, for your ice cubes, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A comfortable table for two sits next to the window. Enter the hallway off the kitchen where you will find a king-size bedroom fit for a king, and a shower room with WC.

Take a step outside into your own private courtyard, enjoy a hearty breakfast in the early morning sun or relax and enjoy the bubbles of your private hot tub. There is also parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Small comfortable and compact perfect for two people. Hosts friendly without being in any way intrusive. Great hot tub. Great location set into the hillside a steep road to it. Little Holdings is a lovely, cosy cottage just right for a couple. The hot tub is a real treat and the owner keeps it immaculately clean. There is a pub in walking distance but prepare yourself for a steep walk back! There are great places to go walking within a short drive.

This property was modern yet cosy. So nice for a autumn/ winter getaway. Right in the middle of the countryside but close enough to drive to a supermarket for supplies and walk to the local pub! The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. And the hot tub is a real treat after a day out walking! It is also really dog friendly!

This cottage is perfect for a relaxing break away. We made use of the hot tub every evening, the owners are lovely and have thought of everything including robes and towels for the hot tub. Its in a beautiful peaceful location yet within easy access to explore other areas. Simply idyllic and would highly recommend.

To be honest, this cottage is one of those places that once all is said and done, all money has been paid, youve made the drive, youve unpacked, youve stressed out a little, youve been shown round, you sit down and think...yeah its worth it. Lovely quiet little cottage with everything you need for a week away from the stresses of work. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked in there almost every night. This is a great detached cottage, which is well located and spec'd. Don't be put off by the windows the pictures you are not over looked. Really peaceful and a great place to relax. The owners are very friendly, but keep themselves to themselves.

The hosts were very welcoming but never intrusive. The photos do not do it justice. The pictures look nice but even nicer in person. The multi jet shower is excellent. Everything else in the cottage is top top-notch. The hot tub is amazing and tended to daily by the hosts that live on site.
