Meander up the hillside and enter through your own private wooden gated entrance, the hand crafted storm porch further enhances the traditional stone frontage of this beautiful barn, you’ll be welcomed by the spacious lounge with cosy soft furnishings inviting for a romantic evening in front of an old movie, the bespoke wooden steps carved out of sleepers will take you into the contemporary styled kitchen, well-equipped for any stay with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, for your ice cubes, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A comfortable table for two sits next to the window. Enter the hallway off the kitchen where you will find a king-size bedroom fit for a king, and a shower room with WC.

Take a step outside into your own private courtyard, enjoy a hearty breakfast or an evening BBQ, bask in the summer sun on the sun lounger or relax and enjoy the bubbles of your private hot tub with electric awning so it can be enjoyed in all weathers. There is also parking for one car.

Little Holdings is a fabulous cottage for a couple especially for a romantic break with its wonderful hot tub. Fantastic accommodation with everything you could possibly need, including that amazing hot tub. Beautiful location and great for touring the area. Perfrct little get away with my partner and our dog. Plenty in the local area to do with lots of fun walks right on the doorstep. Lovely cosy, warm cottage. Very friendly owners, checking we were ok. We couldn't get our car in the parking spot, but they kindly showed us somewhere else we could park ok. The cottage pretty much has everything you need for a short, or even longer, stay.

A perfect little converted coach house in a great location. Paul and Lesley are very welcoming and left Chocolates and prosecco to have in the hot tub. Some lovely walks and was great sitting in the hot tub listening to the owl In the wood behind the cottage.

The cottage was very comfortable, it is newly furbished to a high standard and felt clean and modern. There are lots of local walking routes under the canapy of trees so there was protection from the rain. The owners were pleasant and onsite if there were any problems. They provided chocolates and prosecco which was lovely in the hot tub.

This cottage is the best we've stayed in and is well worth the money. Everything in it is good quality as are the finishes within. The standard of cleanliness is high. The hosts are friendly and hospitable without being intrusive. Its location is ideal being close to town, pub, and the woods and countryside for walking.
