Beautiful, detached property located in a charming village with use of a BBQ hut. This delightful property, set within 3 acres, with a gentle unfenced stream bordering the land, makes the perfect base for touring the area. Enjoy lovely walks along country lanes, or to the village inn which is a 5 minutes stroll away and offers a range of good food. There is much to see and do in the area, including fishing, shopping at the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village which is a 10 minutes drive, the Cotswolds with its picturesque villages, Warwick Castle, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Silverstone, Henley for its Regatta, Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Hotel, Golf Club and Spa are only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. In the evenings, enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, see the resident alpacas in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. 

Guests are invited to enjoy the generous, shared enclosed gardens, with a fire pit next to the pond and stream. Use of BBQ hut available.  Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs are welcome and there is a kennel facility available on site.

This cosy converted barn offers one double bedroom with a four poster bed (reached by narrow stairs from the lounge), with compact en-suite shower room and WC (concealed entrance to the en-suite through the wardrobe). Lounge/kitchen: open-plan with flatscreen 40" TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen area with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

 

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Clearbrook Barn is tucked away in the quiet countryside. It sits in grounds alongside the owners thatch roofed cottage. The garden, buildings and immediate surroundings are quite beautiful. Host very welcoming and offered good advice on local places to visit. Good local pub with excellent food. Supermarket and variety of shops only a short drive away. Cottage situated in quiet village away from main road. Ideal location to visit many National Trust properties and other historic sites within an easy drive. The lady needs a new settee, mattress and cleaner. Other than that the lady was so lovely and helpful, her al pacas kept my dog company and the grounds were amazing.

We arrived this year for Xmas with our 2 dogs. The welcome was amazing and we really felt at home. Amanda is fantastic and gave us a guided tour. The property is well presented and there was plenty of room, even in the 'quirky' bathroom. Really loved the friendly Alpaca's and the local's are fantastic. Perfect for a nice relaxing break. Location is brilliant you're not far from country walks, local attractions (Blenheim Palace) or the local town/city but far enough away for piece and tranquillity. Amanda is lovely and very helpful with anything you needs. Highly recommend and we will be back :-)
