There is a good bus service from the town into Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Stratford-upon-Avon or to Banbury. Catch a train from Kingham to London Paddington for a day out in the capital. Chipping Norton itself has a fascinating history which can be delved into at the local museum. There are lots of places of historical interest, namely St Mary's Church and The Alms Houses. Lovely walks close to the property include one to Pool Meadow and the fields beyond where there are fabulous views across to Over Norton.
