Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Mr and Mrs Kirk were very kind and accommodating from the outset. Watching the deer come up to the patio on some nights was also a highlight for us and the kids. I highly recommend staying here for a country getaway that's not too far from shops & attractions should you want to do that aswell.

Although drive access to the property is not particularly easy, the private location was great and the owners, who live next door, were friendly and helpful. The three bedrooms in the bungalow worked well and the kitchen/dining room with separate large lounge were fine for the five adults and one toddler in our party. Outside was a private patio wiRead moreth furniture, level lawn, slope and a further croquet area further up. The area beyond is more wild, but frequented by up to seven fallow deer. Hide
