This is the perfect base for enjoying the festivals and events that the nearby, and beautiful, historic town of Ludlow offers.  The barns are in an excellent location for relaxing with friends deep in the South Shropshire countryside.  Ludlow is a thriving market town, boasting nearly five hundred listed buildings, with the original medieval street layout surviving almost unchanged. Situated on a cliff above the River Teme, it's best known for its September Food and Drink Festival and has a strong reputation for providing excellent local fayre year round.

Walkers will enjoy trails from the door of barns, with twelve acres of farmland surrounding the barn to enjoy, and the Clee Hill and child-friendly Mortimer Forest within easy reach.

The barn is cleverly divided in to two halves making it perfect for both partying and privacy. Step through the main barn door into a large open-plan entertaining space with wood burner, comfortable seating, plus a large dining table and stylish kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There are four bedrooms in this part of the property, a super-king-size bedroom on the ground floor, shower room with WC and utility area. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and WC. A further super-king-size bedroom and a children’s bunk bedroom with additional single bed. There is a further family bathroom upstairs with rainforest style shower and WC. In the second half of the barn, step in to an open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with wood burner. There are two bedrooms in this part of the barn, a super-king-size downstairs bedroom with neighbouring bathroom with shower and WC, upstairs is an en-suite super-king-size bedroom with rainforest style shower and WC.

Outside there is a large undercover outdoor kitchen area with fire pit and BBQ and perfect for soaking up the view on a balmy summer's evening.  There is an additional entertainment barn with traditional bar finish, wood burner and darts board. The barn is set within 12 beautiful acres of farmland which guests are invited to enjoy.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

SLEEPS 12 + 1: Six beautiful bedrooms in total: four bedrooms on the Ludlow Barn side of the barn, including an en-suite super king, a ground floor super-king with bathroom, a further king size bedroom and a brilliant kids bunk bed room for up to three children. Two bedrooms on the Tenbury Cottage side of the barn include, a ground floor king-size bedroom and an en-suite super king size bedroom.

RELAXING INSIDE : Two brilliant chill out zones, a super social, open plan living space in Ludlow Barn with wood burning stove, sofas to sink into, low tech family games, higher tech TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and music docks. Retreat to Tenbury Cottage for quieter days, perfect for families sharing, with a second log burner, basket of wood and a further TV, DVD and Wi-Fi.

COOK UP A FEAST : Ludlow has a fabulous foodie reputation, the dual kitchens are worthy recipients of the delicious local fayre and there are caterers available should you prefer someone else to do the cooking. Fridge/freezer, double oven/gas hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as plentiful crockery and cutlery.

RELAXING OUTSIDE : Acres of farmland to explore and two great chill out zones. An undercover outdoor kitchen and dining area, with fire-pit and bbq, as well as a separate barn with rustic pub vibe including wood burner & darts!

KEEPING CLEAN : Five luxurious bathrooms in total, with both baths and showers available. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, also perfect for drying muddy shoes and paws!

LOVELY TOUCHES : Hairdryers, towels and bedding all included. Knowledgeable and friendly hosts on hand should you need them,  brimming with advice and great local tips, fully respecting your privacy otherwise.

PETS & KIDS : Warmly welcomed at Redford, two well behaved dogs (paws off furniture please). Cot, highchair and toys available on request.

WORTH A MENTION : There is no interconnecting door between Ludlow Barn and Tenbury Cottage end, so each are wonderfully private should you need them to be and available to rent separately for smaller groups.
