This smart semi-detached barn is situated deep in rolling South Shropshire countryside and is perfect for relaxing with friends at any time of year.  It's a great base for enjoying the festivals and events that the nearby historic town of Ludlow offers. Ludlow is a thriving market town, boasting nearly five hundred listed buildings, with the original medieval street layout surviving almost unchanged. Situated on a cliff above the River Teme, it is well-known for its September Food and Drink Festival and has a strong reputation for providing excellent local fayre all year round.  Walkers will enjoy the trails from the door,  and with twelve acres of verdant farmland to enjoy this is a wonderful family-friendly spot.  Clee Hill and child friendly Mortimer Forest are both within easy reach.

Step in to an open-plan sitting room with wood-burner, and diner/kitchen adjacent. There are two bedrooms, a super-king-size  bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request) downstairs with neighbouring bathroom which includes shower and WC.  Upstairs is an en-suite super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin bedroom by request) with rainforest style shower and WC.

Guests at Tenbury Cottage have the use their own decking to the East of the cottage, including their own table and chairs and a brand new charcoal Wella BBQ.  There is also an outdoor treat with shabby chic bar - simply bring your own beer, stoke up the wood burner and test your skills at traditional darts.

The barn, semi-detached with its larger and equally luxurious twin, Ludlow Barn, is set within 12 beautiful acres of farmland which guests and their families are invited to enjoy, dogs are welcome.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

SLEEPS 2 - 4: Two bedrooms, a ground floor king-size bedroom and an en-suite king size bedroom upstairs, each with its own shower room  (both beds can be adjusted to twins on request).

RELAXING : Open plan living space with well equipped kitchen, dining table for four, soft seating and a roaring wood burning stove, a basket of logs included.

COOK UP A FEAST : The local town of Ludlow has a fabulous foodie reputation, the kitchen is a worthy recipient of the delicious local fayre and there are caterers available should you prefer someone else to do the cooking.  Fridge/freezer, oven/gas hob, dishwasher as well as plentiful crockery and cutlery.

LOVELY TOUCHES : A generous Welcome Basket greets you on arrival and includes break, milk, butter and cake.  Hairdryers, towels and bedding are all also included.  Knowledgeable and friendly hosts on hand should you need them, brimming with advice and great local tips, fully respecting your privacy otherwise.

PETS & KIDS : Warmly welcomed, two well behaved dogs (paws off furniture please). Cot, highchair and toys available on request.
