From the property you are within walking distance of Ludlow’s centre with a glut of local food producer’s and eateries, local artisans and their bespoke wares and a weekly food market which is not to be missed. This vibrant town offers a year round events calendar celebrating food, crafts and theatre the showcase for this being the Food Festival in September. Put on your hiking boots and walk from the door into the stunning Whitecliffe Common or Mortimer Forest, or in the warmer weather take a swim in the River Teme. If you have time to escape this vibrant town, there’s much to see further afield, Stokesay Castle, Wenlock Priory and Severn Valley Railway.

Drive through the gates and see the first glimpse of the private home with sympathetically landscaped gardens that take you down to the water’s edge. Step into the reception of the lower ground floor and leave the day behind. This gives access to the lounge/diner, a fantastic space created for entertaining with TV and further enhanced with an elegant interior. The lounge area offers seating that is perfect for pre-dinner drinks with architect designed arched windows offering views onto the garden. The dining area is set to the rear with sliding doors opening onto the grounds and table and chairs that will comfortably sit fourteen guests. From the lounge you will have access to the kitchen, a former Michelin Star kitchen that has been retained well-equipped with an electric oven and eight-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. For special occasions you have the option to hire a private chef to cook dinner, which can be arranged with the owners. There is also an additional WC on this floor. Take the stairs up to the first floor where you find the first two bedroom suites. The master suite is a king-size with balcony, separate sitting room with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, steam room and WC. A further king-size also enjoys a sitting room with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, steam room and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A king-size with separate sitting room and TV, en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, steam room and WC. A king -size with separate sitting room and TV, en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. A twin room with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is also an annexe to the side of the house with a further king-size bedroom with TV, seating area overlooking the River Teme and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Step outside and enjoy the landscaped grounds, the gardens have been landscaped creating areas where you can sit and enjoy the sun throughout the day. Enjoy the views and wildlife of the River Teme. An area for dining, along with a BBQ and fire pit which is perfect for al fresco dining, and the garden will come to life in the evening with trees that light up. There is parking for four cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Absolutely gorgeous location and accommodation that fits a large party without ever feeling on top of each other. Loved everything about it even swimming in the freezing weir in the rain as we never got sun! Stunning property in a fantastic location. Anyone lucky enough to stay at Dinham Weir House will have a holiday to remember. Each room has been superbly furnished offering 5 star luxury and comfort. A lovely spacious interesting property right on the edge of the river.
