Fantastic location, very quiet. The property is very attractive inside and out. It would be lovely in the summer when you can sit outside and enjoy the views. Walks straight from the doorstep and an empty field behind the property which the dogs enjoyed running around on. We will return to this location and property.

Lovely barn converted to a high standard. Nice rural location for us but could still drive to get to amenities. We loved the log fire. Nice views surrounding the barn and some nice dog walking trails just a short drive away. We appreciated the patio and garden area as we took our dog and it was quite enclosed (small dogs can get through the fence).Read more We managed to find the barn easy enough with the directions given. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back soon. Hide

Hill View Barn has been lovingly converted, and the owners clearly had a lot of fun doing it. Features like the sky light above the bath, and the wooden walkway upstairs are just wonderful. We also loved the wood burning stove, although couldn't work out how to get the ash out, really sorry! The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everythingRead more one could need to cook up a storm. The three walking trails that lead off in opposite directions from the front door are great to explore. Hide

Lovely, quiet location not far from Onecott. Great access to the Peak District and Alton Towers. The Wi-fi wasnt particularly strong and there was intermittent cellular cover but that was a bonus to us so we could enjoy the peace and tranquility as a family.

The Barn itself has very little natural light as there are few windows and a public footpath traverses the front so dog owners need to be aware if their dogs are off lead. This is a fantastic barn conversion which has been fitted out to a very high standard & is in a great location on Butterton Moor. Although the property was relatively remote, with absolutRead moreely no mobile phone signal, we found it easy to get to local sites of interest & Alton Towers.
