Homely, atmospheric, beautiful and cosy. Everything one would want from a thatched cottage. The light flickering from the fireplace even when the heat wasnt on. It made the lounge look beautiful. Pretty from the outside when sitting in the garden having drinks. Beds were so warm and cosy. Great location to travel to different places.

Lovely quaint cottage in beautiful surroundings and lovely garden which is a sun trap. Very well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed for our weekend stay. A few bumped heads on the low beams, so may not suit those who are particularly tall but youd expect this in a period property. Stratford was a stones throw away and a lovely town Read moreto wander round. Local pub good and only a 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely return. Hide

A lovely thatched cottage in a quiet hamlet. Very comfortable, homely, and very well equipped. Loved the Conservatory, where we sat to have meals, overlooking the garden. A quiet garden, with a lovely sitting area.

A lovely thatched period cottage just outside Stratford upon Avon. The cottage was clean and well equipped but substantially smaller than shown in the photographs. The garden although enclosed was overlooked and not private. Not recommended for people who have mobility problems or who are over 5'3. It's a shame because it is a beautiful old cottageRead more but perhaps for the younger able-bodied generation. Hide

A beautiful cottage and garden in a very peaceful and convenient location (only a few minutes walk to a decent pub, & 30 mins to Stratford centre). Included everything we needed for a 5 night stay with our labrador.

For a short weekend away this property was perfect and exactly what we had hoped, quaint, like stepping back in time and perfectly situated for all the theatre, cultural events, town center and the all important Sunday roast at a pub. Even being just a short distance away from one of the main tourist attractions of the city, the cottage was peacefuRead morel. We hope to be coming back later in the year to make the most of proximity to other towns as well as enjoying Stratford upon Avon more. Hide
