When entering this beautifully converted property with exposed walls and underfloor heating throughout, you will be greeted by a tastefully designed lounge with woodburner to relax in front of on those chilly evenings together with a TV and DVD player. In the kitchen well-equipped you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Downstairs there is also a utility room with washer/dryer and downstairs toilet. The accommodation offers 1 bedroom which has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC.

Outside accessed through French doors in the kitchen is an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. There is off-road, gated parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking if required.

We found the location ideal tucked away off the Main Street perfect retreat for a couple.within waking distance to shop and pub lots of walks and beautiful villages within a very short drive

Hi standard of decor. A modern barn with some old features. Lovely place to stay. Very near lots of little cotswold villages, national trust properties and Plenty if walks. Beautiful area. Friendly and welcoming owner.

We had a lovely long weekend at this idealic cottage. the fire place really set the atmosphere but the barn was also beautifully decorated and very clean. a great location and close to a pub which was great :-). we would definitely like to return.

A really lovely, well equipped comfortable home from home. The hosts have really thought the guest experience through and we really enjoyed the stay. A nice touch was having a guest book where youre encouraged to leave suggestions for places to visit. Check out the local pub, The Fleece. Walnut Barn is, in the words of Pa Larkin, "perfick". It is well placed for places of interest - Stratford upon Avon, Tewkesbury Abbey, Broadway, Bourton on the Water are all fairly close by, but just add a few more miles to your journey and you can spend the day in Oxford or Warwick. We had a wonderful week in Walnut Barn. The property has been kitted out to a very high standard and everything thoughtfully put in place. It's comfortable, clean, and well equipped whether being used as a base for days out or just getting away from the regular routine for a total relax.
