Situated within the owners grounds, the properties offer comfortable and unique accommodation, each property has its own individual style and has been sympathetically restored to showcase their historical features.

Step out into the heart of this village with its community shop, cafe and antique store. Bretforton is a traditional working village which stages some of its own events, such as the annual asparagus auction, the Proms in the Park, the Bretforton Village Show and Open Gardens. Guests will be surrounded by breathtaking countryside offering way-marked paths. A short drive from Shakespeare’s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Hall’s Croft, Mary Arden’s Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Enjoy visiting Broadway and Chipping Campden with their traditional high street of honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Utility room: washer/dryer and downstairs toilet and underfloor heating throughout. Outside: accessed through French doors in the kitchen is an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ.

We had a wonderful few days at Walnut Barn, starting with the warm welcome from Jane and some of her delicious lemon drizzle cake. The barn itself is just beautiful - the design, decorations and furnishings all high quality, the bed so comfortable, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the sitting room is really comfortable. We had a lovely long weekend at this idealic cottage. the fire place really set the atmosphere but the barn was also beautifully decorated and very clean. a great location and close to a pub which was great :-). we would definitely like to return.

A really lovely, well equipped comfortable home from home. The hosts have really thought the guest experience through and we really enjoyed the stay. A nice touch was having a guest book where youre encouraged to leave suggestions for places to visit. Check out the local pub, The Fleece. Walnut Barn is, in the words of Pa Larkin, "perfick". It is well placed for places of interest - Stratford upon Avon, Tewkesbury Abbey, Broadway, Bourton on the Water are all fairly close by, but just add a few more miles to your journey and you can spend the day in Oxford or Warwick. We had a wonderful week in Walnut Barn. The property has been kitted out to a very high standard and everything thoughtfully put in place. It's comfortable, clean, and well equipped whether being used as a base for days out or just getting away from the regular routine for a total relax.

Walnut Barn is a delightful barn conversion in a lovely peaceful setting. Inside the barn is spacious with plenty of room and storage space for bags etc. Couldn't find any faults at all.

Fantastic barn conversion with log burner and high end finish. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal, being situated close to the Cotswolds in a small quiet idyllic village. Very welcoming hosts and clean property.
