When the inevitable happens, we coordinate our contacts in local trades and manage access to your property so that work can be carried out with as little disruption as possible.

On-call services

Our local teams are the first point of contact if guests experience any emergencies and they will resolve them as efficiently as possible.

Regular visits

We undertake regular visits to your property to ensure it is being presented to the highest standards.

Local knowledge

We will produce and maintain a welcome folder which will be placed in your property, providing guests with useful information, tailored to your property.

Fix the Fells

Fix the Fells are a committed team of rangers and volunteers who repair and maintain mountain paths which helps reduce the impact of erosion, protect ecology and archaeological heritage and ensure that the Lake District remains a beautiful space for people to enjoy into the future.

Westmorland Red Squirrels

The charity Westmorland Red Squirrels aims to ensure that red squirrel conservation in south east Cumbria maintains public awareness. Their practical actions involve attending meetings, shows and events, as well as training volunteers in controlling grey squirrel populations.
