New Forest Living is an established brand which we acquired in 2016. It provides luxury accommodation throughout the New Forest and the surrounding area and offers excellent exposure.

Holidays in the Cotswolds is an additional marketing arm for our properties in the Cotswolds and the Heart of England. The website provides extra exposure for properties in this area.

Our niche, dog-friendly website targets people who are looking to take a holiday with their dog. It advertises dog-friendly holiday properties across the UK and benefits from dedicated marketing campaigns.

Besides promoting your property on our network of websites and affiliate partners, our comprehensive marketing includes multiple other branches. We use paid advertising and ‘re-targeting’ across the main search engines, targeting the top keywords people use when searching for holiday cottages and helping them to find your holiday home with ease.

Alongside advertising and building organic web traffic, we are active across the main social media channels. This allows us to engage with customers on a personal level and deliver instant results, whether that be answering a question or helping with a booking.

Money matters

We carefully select the print titles in which we advertise such as Sainsbury's, easyJet, Pets at Home My VIP, and Grand Designs, as well as a selection of respected regional titles. Our internal press relations team works closely with a top PR company in London to secure regular media features in both local and national magazines and newspapers. These range from brand mentions to a focus on specific properties.

At certain times of the year, we supplement our print and online marketing with radio and television adverts. These target our customer demographic through appearing on channels and between programmes that are relevant to them.


Partnerships form a big part of our marketing strategy. Building relationships with other brands such as Barbour, Penguin Books, Kiddicare, John Lewis, The White Company, Cotswold Outdoor and Virgin Experience Days allows us to add value to the owner and customer experience. We frequently run competitions and marketing campaigns in conjunction with our growing network of partners, giving us access to their customers directly and increasing brand awareness.

Money matters

We are exclusive partners of leading retail supplier Pets at Home, and by teaming up with big brands such as this, we are able to offer unparalleled access to important sectors of our market. This partnership gives us direct and unrivaled access to 3 million VIP Club members.

Events, charity and sponsorship

We sponsor various events throughout the year and appear at county shows up and down the UK throughout the summer where we enjoy meeting with our owners and customers. We also support a number of charities throughout the year, fundraising through office events and donating to organisations including MND Association, CLIC Sargent, Comic Relief and the Lullaby Trust to name but a few. Our company charity policy allows each member of the team to dedicate a working day a year to the charity of their choice, that’s over 160 days!
