We aim to give you honest advice and the most accurate income projections that allow you to plan your own income and expenditure throughout the booking year. A dedicated Homeowner Account Manager
We know how important it is for you to have a dedicated contact who knows you, your property and your situation. As an owner, you will benefit from having your own Homeowner Account Manager who has specialist knowledge in your local area. They work closely with our team of experts across the business to monitor your property’s performance and make bespoke recommendations to ensure that you are getting the highest possible returns.

Payments in advance
You will receive secure payments three weeks in advance of guests arriving, or at the earliest opportunity if the booking is last minute. Our accounts department processes all payments weekly, so there will be no waiting until the end of the month for money to reach your account. What's more, you can track all this in your online owner account. Our bookings system complies fully with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, which means that all credit card information is dealt with securely.
Your Owner Account
Your online owner account is a 24/7 hub, housing all information related to your property, keeping you up to date anytime, anywhere. We also have our owner app, which means you can check your information on the go.
Within your owner account, you'll find booking information, guest details and payments which you can access wherever you are in the world. Presented in a clear format, the information is updated in real time and makes keeping track of your finances simple and stress free.
You'll also find customer reviews accompanied by comments from your Homeowner Account Manager, who you can contact easily over the phone or by direct message through your account. They're available if you need advice, plus there are some handy guides and FAQs to view in your account too.
It's not all business, however. In the 'Benefits' section you'll find exclusive offers and discounts from our vast number of partner companies, including John Lewis and the White Company along with a series of smaller brands supplying coffee, hot tubs and everything in between to help deliver an excellent guest experience..
A skeleton version of your owner account can be made available to your cleaner or caretaker. This account shows bookings without any financial information – ideal for managing changeovers with efficiency.
