Although the the cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped, we did not feel it warrantied a 100 refundable deposit. We were also disappointed to find that the bathroom and toilet could not have been further away from the main double bedroom. This was not made clear in the description of the property.

The cottage was very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, very clean and the bath shower toilet facilities were good. Good location near Bishop Auckland for shopping, this had changed greatly since I was last there, all very convenient. Kitchen was fine and well equipped if intending to do much cooking
