This is a really nice cottage, out in the countryside on Hadrian's Wall. The standard of the accommodation is excellent and the owner (Simon) made us feel very welcome. It is in a lovely location and we would be happy to recommend it to anyone. They also have some very luxurious pods on site which looked very good.

The cottage was absolutely delightful, we arrived just after 4pm and Simon was waiting to greet us. The bed was amazingly comfy and the log fire was beautiful (although not much use of it at the height of summer!). Great little cottage for two, attached to the owners farm house. Location is fantastic, literally on Hadrian's Wall with great walks from the back garden of the cottage itself. Further a field the cottage is well linked for the Scottish Borders, Northumberland National Park and the Northern part of the Lake District. We ate out at a local restauranRead moret called Sally's, recommended to us by the cottage owner Simon, which we very much enjoyed. The cottage itself was very well kept and equipped. Hide
