Brilliant place, very well equipped, more like someone's home than a holiday cottage. Great to look out over the village green in the morning whilst making breakfast. About 30 minutes to the Lake District dead easy drive.

Would have appreciated handsoap, hairdryer, some washing powder, and towels included. The village is beautiful and isolated but the lack of a shop means driving for things not provided.

Lovely cozy and homely feeling cottage in a very quiet rural setting, not too far from the fabulous scenery of the lake district.
