Lovely place - would book again. Very peaceful and in a great spot for walks right from the door. The accommodation is part of an old stone building, which has an art gallery and cafe. Good parking and nice garden. Nice touches like milk in the fridge, provision of towels and a friendly welcome from the owners.

I stayed here w/c 19th February 2018 for 7 nights. This was a last minute booking so was unsure what to expect. I wish all my last minute bookings were as lovely as this Beautiful cottage, perfect location, very very well equipped, cant wait to go back.

Lovely little Cottage, very clean all usual facilities The location was just a little bit to isolated for me as there are no shops or Pubs in the Village, nearest was in Braithwaite a good 25 minutes walk away but you like reclusion this is the place for you Internet was a little bit intermittent seeing as though there is 4 property's sharing the sRead moreame connection so take a booster with you All in all would recommend for piece and quit, good location to explore Cumbria and the Lakes Hide

Lovely cottage (1 of 3 flats), good view of skiddaw & weather! Ideal for the A66! So you can get anywhere rapidly! Loved the recessed entrance, dog could be out but covered. Dog proof garden. No WiFi at the mo!
