The front door of this annexe leads into the hallway with plenty of room on the ground floor for storing boots, coats, fishing equipment or golf bags. The stairs lead up onto the first floor and into the master bedroom with super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) and views across the farm and countryside. The kitchen/diner has a dining area for two and offers everything guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and microwave.

Outside, to the front of the property is a private enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. You will also find additional lockable storage on the farm for mountain bikes and other large items, such as fishing rods. Please take care with children as there is an unfenced river near to the property. There is private parking in front of the property for two cars.
