Lovely cottage . Couldnt be in a better location. Spacious enough well equipped and cosy. Oil powered boiler is a bit smelly in the kitchen but didnt spoil our stay. Parking is a bit of a free for all through a narrow arch we have a renault kadjar which got through no bother if you are carefully. All in all a very nice place to stay. Jim Anderson

Very cosy and homely feel to the cottage. Excellent location just a few steps from the harbour wall. Log fire very welcome even though the cottage was always quite warm anyway. Getting into the parking area through the arch is extremely tight if you have a large car and its not obvious where to park as other cottages have reserved signs up but farnRead moree retreat does not. Home from home wanted for nothing. The cottage was fantastic and well placed for all the facilities of sea houses. It was perfectly positioned for reaching all the sites all in all 10 out 10.
