This modern property is a welcoming home-from-home just a stone’s throw from the local shops and eateries.

Located in the popular old quarter of Seahouses, this property is just a short walk from the picturesque harbour, shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions. Also within walking distance is the stunning sandy beach and wonderful scenic walks along the coastal path. From Seahouses, take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see the resident seals and puffins or drive across the causeway to visit the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Other nearby attractions include the castles at Bamburgh, Alnwick, Dunstanburgh and Warkworth and the nearby village of Beadnell.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and bright with plenty of homely touches throughout. Prepare meals in the bright kitchen, which contains everything you will need to rustle up delicious meals while away. Dine at the round table nearby, which sits in a sunny position next to a window. At the end of a long day on foot, settle down on one of the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening in front of the woodburner. With a Freeview TV, DVD player and selection of books and games, you will have everything you need for a relaxing night in. There is also a ground floor WC. Upstairs are two beautifully-presented bedrooms, one master king-size with a dressing table and plenty of storage and one double with a matching single bed to sleep three. Both bedrooms feature laminate floors and carefully coordinated furniture. The bedrooms share a bathroom with overhead shower.

Outside there is allocated parking for one car in a shared courtyard.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Possibly the cleanest and most nicely furnished cottage I have stayed in, loads of attention to detail and a warm welcome. The whole area is spectacular, although the view from the cottage is not- it doesn't detract from the overall positive experience.

Comfortable cottage with everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Provision of towels appreciated, as well as things like sandwich bags, reading/walk books... Beds very comfortable too & parking space a bonus. Great location within walking distance of all amenities and lovely coastal walks from doorstep.

Holiday cottage was fantastic. Immaculately Clean on our arrival. Perfect location near the harbour and shops and pubs. Also not far to take the dog along clifftop for her walks. Comfortable Cottage Lovely welcome tray (our little dogs loved the treats thank you!). Perfect location for a restful holiday at the coast. Stunning sunsets every evening. Great local food at the restaurants in Seahouses . Many lovely days out locally Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick, Lindisfarne and of course Seahouses! We had a great time!

Lindisfarne was one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It was well equipped and the location was great for the town and the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the blackout blinds were a good touch. The welcome gift of wine and chocolate biscuits were appreciated and enjoyed. Lindisfarne Cottage was conveniently placed for the town and harbour. It was warm and comfortable. There was no storage facilities for our bikes but, having said that, we would not expect them in the location of the cottage. Shower was good, beds were comfortable and the welcome pack that included Prosecco and Shortbread was much appreciated. A charming very comfortable cottage, would definitely book again. Plenty of space with everything catered for. Lindisfarne is a beautiful cottage, in a peaceful location just a moments walk from the beach, sea, clifftops and village. It is ideal for adults and children.

Lindisfarne cottage was very comfortable and had everything you needed. We visited Berwick on Tweed plenty of there was a musical festival even the young ones enjoyed it. Bamburgh Castle was very busy and interesting.

Seahouses is a lovely relaxing place within easy distance of many tourist attractions and a lovely welcoming atmosphere the cottage we stayed at suited our needs and was in a short walk of pubs hotels and the main shopping area without the need to use the car there is also access to the beach and walking areas

Lindisfarne was a perfect cottage for my wife and I plus our dog to stay in. It is in the perfect place, quiet at night but within easy walking distance of local pubs and other amenities.
