Walkers and Munro baggers are spoilt for choice with numerous local glens and nearby mountain ranges to explore and water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with sea kayaking available in Glenelg bay. Visit the splendid Sandaig Islands, local Brochs and Jacobite barracks. Enjoy a tip to Dornie and visit Eilean Donan castle. The pretty villages of Plockton, Applecross and the Kyle of Lochalsh are all within easy reach.

The accommodation is all on one level, offering FIVE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double, 1 twin with DVD, 1 triple with DVD and 1 single. Bathroom: with Jacuzzi bath and WC. Shower room: hydrotherapy massage/steam shower cubical and WC. Lounge: with open fire (first basket of coal included) and TV/DVD, CD/iPod dock, board games, dvd’s and books. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional Info:- hairdryers, iron and beach towels available. Outside: enclosed garden with seating area and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, central heating and free Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: pub, shop, health centre and beach within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm. Departure time: 10am.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This holiday cottage was fantastic. Pictures on site did not do the house justice. The owners had thought of everything to make our holiday more comfortable, they also had simple instructions on how to use everything which was fab! Very spacious, lovely and warm. Could not fault it.

Glenelg is a pretty special place, and this Torman Nan Sruth is a really comfortable home, well situated a short walk from the village with easy access to the unspoilt north west coast. Be sure to take the Kylehrea ferry for a unique experience, and explore the dead-end road to Corran to see life at a slower pace.

We had a fantastic holiday at Torman Nan Struth. We originally looked for a property in Skye, but we were lucky to find this one first on the mainland, overlooking Skye. Wonderful spot for our family group of 10. Beautiful scenery, minutes from a ferry to Skye. Getting out to Glenelg was more of an adventure than we realized it would be (several miles up and down on a narrow and twisting single-track road) but worth it.
