 This stylish barn conversion is positioned adjacent to the owner's impressive 17th century farmhouse and situated in an idyllic countryside position. Accessed via a long private gravelled driveway with pretty views across the countryside upon your approach to the barn.

Located within the countryside yet only 1 mile from an excellent pub and restaurant. The barn lies in the vale between the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with excellent walking, cycling and horse riding. Within easy reach of Minehead, Lyme Regis and Exmouth. Nearby you can visit one of the many National Trust properties and gardens, Oake Manor Golf Club, The West Somerset Steam Railway and Taunton Racecourse, to name a few.

The accommodation comprises TWO bedrooms: situated upstairs, 1 twin with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Situated downstairs, 1 zip-and-link double, which can be made into a twin on request, with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Separate WC. Lounge: large with huge feature fireplace with woodburner (logs included), exposed beams, TV/DVD, Sky sports and movies package, iPod dock and Wi-fi. Kitchen/diner: galley style and well-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and french doors that open out onto the garden. Utility room: located outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Simply stunning! Perfect romantic break for me my partner and our little dog Chester. It was extremely pet friendly and safe to let him run around. We took him on the fields of the daily he loved it. The hottub is totally private and we enjoyed a blass of bubbly in it every evening after cooking in the big kitchen! The hosts were fabulous only saw Read morethem once as we didnt need anything everything we needed was there. Welcoming scones on arrival was a lovely touch too. We cannot wait to return. Hide

A nice cottage in beautiful surroundings and great location. Great for walks with the dog. Frankie made us feel welcome and gave us a great tour of the dairy farm.

Beautiful cottage on a working farm. Furnished to a very high standard. Easy to travel to glorious beaches and countryside. Dogs welcome. Friendly pub within walking distance. Lovely hot tub to relax in.....this is our third visit. Never disappointed!

We have just come back from a lovely week here with our 2 dogs it was so relaxing for us & our dogs as garden & courtyard are totally private and enclosed. The accommodation is truly fabulous & had some lovely walks with our dogs, the hot tub was lovely in the afternoons and the log burner in the evenings was so warm and cosy and so warm with the uRead morender floor heating. This is an amazing property. Nestled in the country but not too far from Taunton Town centre and within walking distance of a really good pub! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay for the week. The cottage was pure luxury from the fresh milk eggs and scones on arrival to the hot tub and underfloor heating. Beautiful accommodation, secure safe garden for the dog, lovely and warm with lots of extra touches making our stay really comfortable including use of washing machine and dryer, plentiful supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets tea and coffee, logs supplied for fires and a cream tea and fresh farm milk on arrival.

This is a brilliant cottage! We have stayed in many cottages but none as well thought out as this one. It had everything we needed and we were extremely comfortable during our stay.

The cottage is comfortable and clean and has all the equipment you need and more. The scones, jam and cream on arrival were amazing. Both inside and out is very private and in a quiet location making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. The hot tub was a definite bonus. Will not hesitate to return for another wonderful holiday

What a wonderful cottage! We had a fabulous holiday in such a relaxing enviroment and the wonderful facilities. Everything has been carefully thought out and you really couldn't ask for anything more. I would definately recommend this cottage. The lovely milk and scones were a really nice touch.
