Perfect little hideaway for a few days to escape the rat race. Nice and quiet, very peaceful in the evenings and nice and cosy atmosphere with nice lighting. Bathroom was my favourite place! Feel free standing bath was lovely, with a nice view of the stars in the sky light as you lay back and relax. Bed was super comfy, short drive to the shops andRead more not far from most other small villages with pubs and other shops. Great little find, would recommend and happily go back :) Hide

Great Location, Very nice owners, (not intrusive but there if needed) perfect pit stop for our visit to nearby relatives. The weather was amazing for late October. Great roll top bath which was a godsend after a long trek over the Cheddar Gorge!

Stable Barn is a compact, well designed and cosy apartment with lovely comfortable interior, open plan downstairs, including beautiful wood beams, staircase and flooring, downstairs shower and big bathroom upstairs, ideal for a couple. Our dog was also made welcome. Its location is perfect for walking in the Mendips, and visiting Bath, Bristol, WelRead morels, Cheddar and Glastonbury. We especially liked being able to walk straight from the barn, up into the hills, and also walking to local pubs. Hide

This is in a good location for walkers . It is a lovely cottage , but a bit out of the way for us . I would recommend it to people who like to be away from everything !
