Useful porch for wet and muddy gear, excellent kitchen, warm and very comfortable 'living' areas. Very efficient heating - much needed with the weather during our stay. Great views and very pleasant gardens.

Great, well equipped cottage, with brilliant views to the rear. Everything thought of for a connected family including fast Wi-Fi, USB charging points and a Bluetooth speaker. Location good for walking, cycling and general sightseeing. Nothing much to fault.

Lovely homely cottage that the owners have thoughtfully equipped for a stay. We visited at Christmas and the cottage had been decorated and a tree put up which was totally unexpected. The view from the rear is superb and it is very relaxing watching the birds and horses. The cottage is on a main road although road noise can only be heard if the winRead moredows are open. We had family in Minehead and do the location was perfect as we were only a 10 minute drive away. Hide

Our young family had a great holiday at Cowbridge Cottage. It's lovely cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage that feels like a home from home. The area has lots to do and after a week there we still haven't done them all. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with amazing views across the hills including beautiful sunsets from the veranda at the back of the cottage. Garden has space for kids to play and cottage has everything you need. A great base to explore exmoor and the coast.

This cottage would be ideal for people who enjoy walking or hiking. It is in a remote area with nothing within walking distance. I would not recommend it for elderly people or anyone with mobility problems. There are several steep steps from the gate down to the path which are difficult to climb up when leaving the cottage and the stairs are very sRead moreteep and narrow. Not ideal for small children either. The views were idyllic and the large garden beautifully kept. Hide

Very comfortable and relaxed cottage, with amazing views from the raised deck area, a great place to watch the buzzards, rabbits and even the odd red deer with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Well situated for exploring the Somerset coast, historical Dunster and the wilds of Exmoor

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Dunster is just around the corner and Minehead not far away. Off road parking outside front of cottage. A396 gives good link to Porlock which is well worth a visit, as is Kilve Beach. The holiday was just perfect. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage; we found it made a perfect base for walking parts of Somerset we haven't done before. There are plenty of walks direct from the property so we didn't have to use the car. The property is extremely well-equipped, nice and clean and has some thoughtful homely touches. The views from the rear of the cottage are stunning. Minehead is clRead moreose by should you need shops, banks etc and Dunster has good restaurants if you don't fancy cooking. Had a great week, thank you. Hide
