This charming barn conversion is peacefully situated at the end of a private drive shared only with the owners' and guests staying in the adjoining barn. Upon entering the beautiful accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the summer you can open the door to the rear sun-trapped patio to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. Heading upstairs there is a large landing with a desk for those needing some quiet space to catch up with emails. This leads to the immaculate king-size bedroom which has a beautiful antique bedframe. There is also a contemporary bathroom with  bath, separate shower and WC, whilst there is also a separate WC in the downstairs cloakroom.

Venturing outside and to the rear of the property there is a small secluded sun-trapped patio with seating, a perfect space to relax and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining with a glass of wine. There is a small patio area to the front of the property with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is also an external shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. To the front of the property you will find ample off-road parking.

Lovely new cottage. Very peaceful location. Owners very friendly. some supplies left for us which was a nice touch. A lovely new tarmac driveway unto the cottage and house. Would thoroughly recommend to friends and family

The cottage was well appointed, comfortable and in a quiet location. The accommodation was thoughtfully equipped by the discreet yet friendly owner. The location was excellent for visiting National Trust properties and gardens.

A very clean and cosy cottage which was perfect for our needs. The owner was very friendly and helpful and was eager to please. Just one small thing, we found the directions to be a little confusing especially when we were travelling from the opposite direction!
