There are abundant country walks and nearby is the Otterhead Nature Reserve. Centrally located to provide easy access for places of interest in both counties of Somerset and Devon. Within an easy drive are the coastal towns and beaches of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. The market town of Wellington is located 5 miles away and the historic county town of Taunton is 8 miles with all the top high street names, restaurants and leisure entertainments. There is a community shop, selling locally sourced food including meat, eggs and vegetables and a public house centrally located in the village 0.5 miles away, 15 minutes walk.

The property offers ONE bedroom: king-size with Smart TV situated upstairs. The rest of the accommodation is all on the ground floor. Shower room: with large shower and WC. This cottage is situated just outside Taunton, ideal for exploring the area. The cottage is immaculate and has all you could need. The owners who live next door were very helpful.

A delightful cottage, beautifully appointed and equipped, and located in peaceful, rural surroundings that guarantee peace and quiet in our busy world! The nearby village of Churchinford has a great pub for meals and beverages (The York Inn) and a well-stocked community shop, which reflects the delightful, friendly feeling around the locality. 2nd stay at this property. Very well equipped, with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful owners live next door - they are there to welcome you and help with any questions, but are otherwise unobtrusive. A peaceful and restful spot for a holiday.
