Renovated and finished to a very high standard offering luxurious accommodation, the property is approached through a private entrance shared only with the owner's neighbouring property, a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured.

It makes a perfect rural retreat for those wishing to enjoy the peace and seclusion of the surrounding Quantocks, yet its location makes it an ideal base for a touring holiday in the West Country. With the Quantocks so close by, you are spoilt for choice, whether its long walks, horseriding or mountain biking nearby. There are also many wonderful places to visit within the area such as Clarks Village, Dunster Castle and the seaside town of Minehead. In the evening, you can either relax in the private garden, star gaze from the hot tub or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food, including a dog-friendly pub within walking distance. Leisure facilities: large hot tub to relax in after a long day in the Quantocks.

This five star accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both with king-size beds and one with wall mounted TV. Bathroom: 2 steps down to large shower, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: reached via 2 steps down and offers open-plan living with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV, DVD and dining area. Kitchen has electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: large private lawn area with colourful shrubs and stream at the bottom of the garden. Decked area with seating, BBQ and infinity spa hot tub. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: regret no children under 12 years old or babes in arms. Location: pebbled beach 3 miles, dog-friendly pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We were made very welcome by the owner and everything was prepared and ready for us including some lovely fresh farm eggs and a welcome bottle of wine. Loved the pretty enclosed garden which was perfect for our dog and we took full advantage of the lovely hot tub. Everything was as stated in the brochure and we would definately go again.

We were met at the property by owners who made us feel welcome from the start then went through everything with us. The property is a credit to its owners and was perfect in every way with a hot tub as a bonus the pub was a fifteen minute walk away which had a good selection of beers and an extensive menu we had a couple of bar snacks while we wereRead more there and the food was very good and you could also take the dog in which was a bonus. The barn was ideallic. Couldn't have asked for better amenities. All places that we visited were Central and easy to get to and plenty of walks for the dog. Lots of information leaflets at the barn to give you lots of ideas for things to do.

Very rural location. Nearest pub was 12 mins walk ( along narrow lanes ) if you speed walk. Nearest shop 2.5miles. The owners are very welcoming and could not do enough for us.
