This is a lovely little cottage that is close to Dulverton and to both Exmoor and the Barle where there are lovely walks. Unfortunately there seem to be no paths direct from cottage so you need to walk along a road or drive for 1 or 2 miles. Local inns generally take dogs and have very good food. Access to places all over Exmoor is very easy, but bRead moree aware of many single track roads. Lots of wildlife around as well as scenery. We returned because it's clean, friendly and very convenient. Hide

The cottage was lovely & made it even better after a long drive in the dark! to be welcomed with a homemade chocolate cake, strawberries & cream & flowers. The local village had all that we needed & the people who live there are very friendly & helpful. Great walks with our 2 dogs who loved there first holiday & being able to run free for most of tRead morehe time. Tarr steps are a must! Hide
