Located in a superb position, surrounded by glorious countryside and far-reaching views.

There is much to see and do in the area, Tarr Steps is a pleasant 3 mile walk and there is also horse riding and fishing nearby. Dulverton is well worth a visit and has many good places to eat. The coast of North Devon is only a short drive away with the seaside towns of Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and others. There are excellent coastal walks especially through the Valley of the Rocks and from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay.

Amenities: private parking space immediately outside the cottage. Bed linen, towels, electric, Wi-Fi and night storage heating included. The properties are supplied with water from a spring. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 20 miles, shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

The attached accommodation, which also links to the old granary, is situated all on one floor and offers ONE double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with high ceilings and exposed beams, sofa bed, woodburner effect electric fire, Freesat TV/DVD and patio doors leading to outside. Kitchen area equipped with an electric oven, hob, combination microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. Outside: unattached enclosed shared garden located across from the parking area. This property also has access to its own garden area which is also across the parking area along with a small open patio area with garden table and chairs which is directly outside of the property. Additional info: guests must bring their own bedding for the sofa bed.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This is a lovely little cottage that is close to Dulverton and to both Exmoor and the Barle where there are lovely walks. Unfortunately there seem to be no paths direct from cottage so you need to walk along a road or drive for 1 or 2 miles. Local inns generally take dogs and have very good food. Access to places all over Exmoor is very easy, but bRead moree aware of many single track roads. Lots of wildlife around as well as scenery. The cottage was lovely & made it even better after a long drive in the dark! to be welcomed with a homemade chocolate cake, strawberries & cream & flowers. The local village had all that we needed & the people who live there are very friendly & helpful. Great walks with our 2 dogs who loved there first holiday & being able to run free for most of tRead morehe time. Tarr steps are a must! Hide
