A lovely comfortable cottage which is so close to the centre but very peaceful and quiet too. Wells and it's surroundings kept us happy all week. There is a good bus service too. The Bishops Palace gardens are not to be missed.

We loved the little cottage, kept us fit going up three flights of stairs. We live in a bungalow so a bit different for us. Everything and more was provided for us. Loved the homeliness of it all too. Perfectly clean and comfy.

Beautiful cottage, lots of homely, welcoming touches. Loved the wildlife pictures, original Ladybird books and old maps. Wonderful deep armchairs with footstools - so comfortable it was too easy to be lazy. Location was perfect, quiet and tranquil, but only a short walk to town and bus station, and two pubs with nice gardens only minutes away.

Its not just a holiday rental its a veritable home from home. Quality furnishings and fittings, everything you would need and more to self-cater in style. The welcome grocery items and the fresh flowers were the icing on the cake. Walk out to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and the delightful Bishops Palace gardens and Wells Cathedral.

A wonderful property so clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches including a welcome pack and so much local information, the owners couldn't have been more helpful especially when we had the heavy snow falls and needed to stay an extra night. We loved Wells and will certainly return.
