Situated on a former farm, this impressive holiday cottage has been adapted to cater for your every need. Located in a secluded, rural position close to the western Somerset, this accommodation is a great choice if you love exploring your surroundings. The quaint village of Winsham is a very short drive away and provides an authentic taste of West Country life. Winsham is full of history and also offers a small variety of shops and eateries. From the property you can drive with ease to the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis and other attractions and places of interest in the wider area.

On arrival at the property you will notice that the design embraces an open-plan layout that encompasses the lounge /diner / kitchen. The lounge offers plenty of relaxing seating so you can catch up on your favourite films and shows on TV/DVD, and a woodburner with a basket of log fuel. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob on which to dazzle your friends with your cooking, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. There is also a sizeable dining table with enough seating for all guests. There is also a WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; the first of which contains a king-size bed, and access to an en-suite shower room and WC. This room also features floor to ceiling windows. The other bedroom contains twin zip and link beds which can be made into a double and access to an en-suite shower over bath and WC. Both rooms feature Juliet balconies that provide views of the surroundings.

Step outside into the garden with its lush shared lawn, patio with seating and a BBQ. There is also a useful additional feature to this property is an adjoining doorway that connects to the neighbouring accommodation (40246) so there is scope for a joint booking for an extended family or a friends’ holiday.

Please note there is a refundable £100 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

A beautiful barn conversion, with all that you need for your stay. If you want to stay somewhere amongst the hustle & bustle then this property probably isn't for you, but if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location, just a drive away from lots of attractions, this is the perfect location.
