Pretty Winsham is just under a mile away and offers typical village amenities and just slightly further afield, Chard, Crewkerne and Axminster boast a wide variety of shops, interesting buildings and places to eat and drink. You will also be well placed to explore the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and an array of seaside towns and villages, including Lyme Regis, West Bay, Charmouth, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Forde Abbey House and Gardens, Montacute House, the Seaton Tramway, Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and Crealy Adventure Park.

Outside: access to a shared lawn garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. The properties have an adjoining door and as such can be let together to accommodate a party of 10. Private water supply (maintained to regulations). Location: beach 13 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 king-size and 1 twin zip-and-link (with 2'6" beds that can be made into a king-size upon request). On the ground floor, 1 king-size with en-suite wet room with shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Utility room: with fridge and freezer, located outside.

A beautiful barn conversion, with all that you need for your stay. If you want to stay somewhere amongst the hustle & bustle then this property probably isn't for you, but if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location, just a drive away from lots of attractions, this is the perfect location.
