Comfortable, well-equipped and very pleasant cottage and a warm welcome from the owners on arrival.

Bun and David are perfect hosts, we were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is just perfect for exploring Somerset. The accommodation lacks for nothing. Our dog loved the freedom of the garden.

The property was ideally situated for sightseeing. It was comfortable and clean and well presented. Although next to a busy B road this did not spoil our time there and would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable, well equiped and accessible cottage, especially for those with limited mobility. It had everything we needed. We were made very welcome by David and Bun. The view from the conservatory into the garden was lovely. Lots to do and enjoy in the area.

Both the property and our hosts were warm and welcoming. Built as a home rather than a "holiday let", it is comfortable and relaxing. Ideally placed for visits to all the local sites, Chedder Gorge, Wells, Glastonbury, Wooky Hole, etc. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days I can highly recommend the Garden Room as the plRead moreace to do it. Well appointed cottage with welcoming and friendly owners on site. Excellent location for bird watching on the Levels, visiting Somerset's wonderful churches, getting to the county's NT properties and walking the Mendips, Quantocks and Polden Hills.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Garden Room in August and returned in November to explore Somerset. The cottage is well equipped, spacious and clean. The open fire in winter adds a special homely feeling and the conservatory overlooking one of the gardens is a lovely place to watch sunsets in summer.
