This spacious property has been converted from an old saddlery and is approached over a small bridge, retaining many original features yet providing a contemporary feel.

The beaches at Dunster, Blue Anchor Bay and Minehead are within a few miles with Minehead offering a wider choice of shops as well as Butlin's at Somerset World. The cottage is situated within Exmoor National Park, famed for some of the most breath taking scenery in the south west and a haven for walkers and wildlife. The Medieval Town of Dunster is merely an hours walk or 10 minute drive, with it's variety of quant shops and cafes together with the must see Dunster Castle.  It is also well renowned for local events including the annual Dunster by Candlelight evening and Dunster fair . Other attractions include the Valley of the Rocks, West Somerset Steam Railway, Lynton and Lynmouth with its water powered cliff railway, and the Brendon and Quantock Hills. Ideal location for Somerset, but also North Devon surf beaches just over an hour away.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with a TV and 1 twin. Bathroom: with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with TV, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed garden (gated shared access across rear path) with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, night storage heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 6 miles, pub, shop and children's playground located in the village and within walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Good location for exploring Somerset coast. All mod cons in kitchen. Spacious for a couple. Be aware if not a dog owner, that dogs can stay here and dog hairs in rugs, cushions etc.

Clean and cosy cottage with everything we needed when we got there, especially the bottle of wine. Beautiful views of the hills from our bedroom window, would love to come back perhaps next year as a week was not enough
