A picture-postcard property nestled in a rural hamlet just outside the vibrant coastal town of Lymington. Ideally positioned for making the most of the surrounding coast and countryside, the property is brimming with rural charm.

Just three miles from the bustling town of Lymington and situated on a pretty lane in the hamlet of Everton, this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with wonderful coastal walks, cycle routes, and plenty of fresh countryside air. Wooton is just three miles away and offers scenic New Forest strolls or take a trip to the ancient villages of Brockenhurst and Beaulieu. Steeped in history, you’ll find museums, interesting shops, and handsome architecture to admire in both of the villages, and they provide interesting days out. If you fancy hitting the beach, Milford on Sea is only a five minute drive away.

Oozing a chic country cottage vibe, there is a cosy living room area with a roaring open log fire that’s perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the New Forest. The 32” flat screen TV is great if you want to catch up with your favourite shows or have brought along a couple of DVDs with you. The country kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and features a butler sink, Rangemaster cooker and pine table for casual meals. For more formal dining, the elegant dining room is great for socialising and is complete with views over the cottage gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double-size, one containing two single beds that can be linked together to create a double bed, and a third bedroom with one single bed. The family bathroom is modern, with a deep bath with shower over, sink, and WC.

Outside, the idyllic cottage gardens offer a great setting for BBQs and al fresco dining on warmer evenings, a fully enclosed south facing rear garden and a secure bike and buggy storage in the garage. For those of you wishing to bring your furry family member, 2 dogs welcome.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage, felt so at home here immediately, the garden is fantastic, my dog & I loved playing out there. Very clean with everything you could need, I can't wait to stay here again. Lovely welcome basket too. Loved it here, was so sad to leave.

Very pretty cottage in nice village. Well situated for local attractions: Lymington, Hurst Castle, New Forest. Welcome goodies were a lovely touch and appreciated. Cottage is clean and comfortable with nice furnishings. Garden is south facing and well enclosed for children and/or pets.

Immaculate, well presented cottage close to Lymington and whole variety of points of interest in New Forest and along Dorset coast. Beautiful bed linen and comfortable beds. Lovely private garden. Extremely well equipped.

This is a great cottage in a great location . Central to anything that we wanted to do so minimal driving. No more than twenty miles from any location we visited. Pubs in the area allow dogs and offer great food all but the pub in Everton.

A lovely and pretty cottage, beautifully decorated - a real home from home. We took a walk to Hurst Castle and went to Lymington for dining, overall a good location.
