This charming cottage is situated within the village of Burley. The open forest is just a short walk away, and a choice of local tearooms and pubs on the door step.

This beautifully appointed and charming holiday cottage is located close to the centre of Burley with its many village shops, cafes and pubs. For the more adventurous, why not go horse riding or hire a bike to explore the bridleways and trails that originate in Burley. A little further afield, you can be at the coast within half an hour.

Enter the property into the entrance hallway which leads through to the lounge with sofa, wood burner and smart TV/DVD/blu-ray player, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the area. Head through to the kitchen/dining area, with dining table and small TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all Smeg appliances including electric range oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are double doors leading out to the rear patio and garden. Off from the hallway, is a boot room with washer/dryer and a sink for cleaning your boots after a long walk in the forest, and a separate WC. Heading upstairs, you will find two bedrooms both with TVs, the master super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, there are gardens with patios to the front and rear so you can make the most of whatever the weather has to offer with garden furniture with BBQ for alfresco dining. There is off-road parking for one car with further parking in the road.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Fantastic cottage in a great location. Spacious, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Lovely comfortable beds and great bathrooms and kitchen...all high spec. Perfect for walking into the village or out into the Forest and also easy to get to the coast. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden.A 5* property!

Very comfortable, well equipped and well located cottage. Ideal for seeing and enjoying the New Forest. Two good pubs nearby for meals if you can't be troubled to cook!!

This was our third stay so I think this says it all. As always a lovely comfortable, clean cottage. Whether we were out and about and only returning late afternoon or a few hours just enjoying the cottage and garden, we were totally satisfied.

Superb cottage in an ideal location to explore the New Forest. It is extremely rare to find a rental property of such high spec that takes a dog. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well appointed. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely go again.

The cottage had everything we needed including for our 9 month old baby. It is fitted with very good appliances and we found the beds very comfortable. It is in the centre of Burley with a few cafes and a shop nearby.

Lovely comfortable well equipped cottage which was ideally situated in the village. The well stocked village shop was within easy walking distance as were the local eating places.
