This area is known for its strong links to the sailing community and there are many events to enjoy, including Regatta’s and races, which are peppered throughout the summer months. Here you can enjoy exploring the swathes of pebble beach and a vibrant town centre, which offers a great choice of cafés, bars and restaurants. For lovers of history a trip to Queen Victoria’s family home, Osborne House is a must, where you can while away an afternoon strolling through the gardens or revel in the opulence of the state apartments.

External steps lead you to the main entrance into the house. From here you are met with a striking hallway leading firstly to an inviting lounge with beautiful bay window ideal for watching the world go by. With space for the whole family to stretch out, why not pop a film on to the Smart TV and relax in front of the wood burner. Heading back into the hallway you will find a separate WC and a utility area adjoining the kitchen/diner, which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The contemporary kitchen area is well-equipped with a range style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. This light and bright open-plan room has space for the family to dine together plus a cosy snug area, also with Smart TV and overlooking the garden. When the day is done take the staircase from the hallway to the first floor, here you will find three beautiful super-king-size bedrooms, all with zip-and-link style beds (which can be arranged as twin’s on request). A further bedroom can be found on this floor, this time a single as well as a stylish bathroom, complete with roll top bath, separate shower and WC. A further shower room with WC completes the first-floor accommodation. Heading up the next stair case brings you to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms, a triple with a double and a single bed, plus a further super-king-size room. These two rooms share a shower room with WC and due to being set within the eaves, there are areas of restricted head height throughout.

Heading back downstairs and out through the kitchen or utility room you will find the garden set to the rear and side of the property. This fully enclosed terrace has plenty of areas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal, or perhaps challenge the family to a game of table tennis. A gas BBQ is the perfect addition to this wonderful outdoor space. A cycle store is available for those wishing to get active. Roadside parking can be found to the front of the property (subject to availability).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
