With breath-taking views from the property and garden, this property is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway for two.

Beautifully situated on the cliff top above Freshwater Bay, this property enjoys spectacular sea views of the bay and south coast. Set out on foot to explore the stunning coastline as you follow the coastal path towards the Needles at the western tip of the island or simply step down onto the bay below for a morning swim. A leisurely stroll will bring you to the local pub, tearoom and cafe, while an easy drive will take you to the town of Freshwater where you will find a wider range of amenities.

Inside, the accommodation is modern and bright with plenty of charming original features retained. Prepare romantic meals for two in the contemporary kitchen, which includes everything you should need during your stay including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and doors that open onto the garden. Once prepared, continue through to the inviting lounge/diner where you will find a dining table, comfortable chairs, TV/DVD and a fantastic modern wood burner set into a charming brick fireplace. The double bedroom is light and airy with cosy rugs, an occasional chair, plenty of hanging space and a door opening onto the garden, perfect for those summer mornings. There is a wet room with shower and WC.

The property is surrounded by large private gardens extending to the nearby cliff edge. A wooden bench offers a delightful spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening drink with a simply breath-taking view.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £100.00 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The location is terrific and very romantic. ( The broken mattress is neither, and feels like it's been there for decades !) The cottage itself is REALLY small, so be prepared. The TV is probably on its last legs as it has a very eccentric way of behaving and it is difficult to change channels. The private location makes this place special.

A cute little compact cottage with a lovely view from the garden. Unfortunately we found the bed incredibly uncomfortable, WiFi didnt work 5 days of the 7 and the tv could do with a signal booster as not always able to get a picture.
