Lovely detached bungalow situated in a secluded area with large outdoor space and sea views from the garden and kitchen. Area renowned for its gorgeous countryside, pretty villages and small sandy bays.

Located on a quiet lane, this bungalow is close to the sandy bays of Colwell and Totland. Totland itself is a small seaside village, and neighbouring Colwell Bay is where you’ll find wonderful views of the mainland and the historic coastal defences. Much of the nearby coastal area is owned by the National Trust making it a wonderful walking area. In the centre of the nearby town of Freshwater there are a variety of shops, including a small supermarket, public houses and a sports centre with indoor swimming pool.

Entering the bungalow there is a lovely kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a small utility area. The living area, with comfortable seating and TV/DVD, is a particularly light room with large window and patio doors opening out onto a secluded courtyard section of the extensive garden. A small conservatory room adjoins the living area with its own set of patio doors opening on to the courtyard. A wonderful place to sit, relax, read or daydream at any time of year. There are three bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with king-size bed, the second is a slightly smaller double bedroom, and the third is a bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC. There is a second separate WC.

Outside, a wonderfully large garden is made up of a lawn surrounded by pretty shrubs, walls and hedging. Garden furniture is provided to enjoy the delights of al fresco dining. Off-road parking for at least two cars is available in the drive.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Everything fine except an intermittent leak from the bathroom washbasin. Rooms and Garden larger than we expected. Good equipment level. Short walk to the beach and shops.

Location was great, easy to get to places. Would be nicer if the residents could club together and have their road resurfaced at least so the ironworks were not exposed! Bungalow itself was lovely and the garden was wonderfully peaceful.

Sea Haze is the perfect name for the bungalow. Standing in the kitchen you can see across the bay to the mainland even in hazy days and the sunsets are second to none. Perfectly situated for everything you want to do and more. Close to beaches and the Needles landmark attraction which is a must. Very large and clean with beautiful gardens. The beds are immaculate and comfortable. If you don't mind driving everywhere it is perfect. The kitchen is well fitted and everything you need to cook with is in good condition.
