This Victorian seaside town is located on the southern side of the Isle of Wight and is said to benefit from its own microclimate, making it a haven for flora and fauna. You can take a short walk down to Steephill Cove, where there are many rock pools to explore at low tide, then take a pleasant walk around the bay to Ventor which has a sand and shingle beach and is a favourite spot for bathing.There are a good selection of pubs, cafes and shops on offer here as a basis for relaxed afternoons, or should you wish to head further afield you will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty villages and coves, ideal for walking and watersports.

The gently sloping front garden and drive leads you to the property, where you are met by a spacious hallway which gives access to the bright and airy lounge. The lounge has wonderful sea views, 49" HD Smart LED TV with SkyTV (full package) and BT Sport, Ipod dock and DVD. The garden wraps around the property with a further lawn area to the front with sea views, making it the perfect spot for relaxing after a day spent on the beach. Lovely house with good facilities in a very quiet location, a short drive from the town centre and walking distance from the Botanic Gardens and Steephill Cove.
