Keen walkers, and cyclists will love to explore the many footpaths and trails in the local area that lead into the South Down National Park. Slightly further afield are the historic cities of Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral and Arundal with it's famous castle, or venture down to the coast at Bognor Regis which offers a traditional seaside day out and a range of sailing and water sports.

There is a large dining table and eight chairs overlooking the countryside beyond and on sunny days, the bi-fold doors can be opened and children will love to roam around the extensive grassland which is directly on your doorstep. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there is a master bedroom suite with a sumptuous super-king-size bed, armchairs for relaxing and admiring the spectacular view and a decadent en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
