Fishermen with be delighted with the mighty river Tweed that flows through the town, renowned for its salmon and trout fishing. Equestrian lovers can enjoy an array of famous 'ride-outs' in the area. Walkers and hikers are also very well catered for with walks available straight from your door and the Eildon hills, Cheviots, St Cuthbert’s Way, Pennine Way and Bowmont Forest, all close at hand to explore. Golfers can play at the beautiful Roxburghe, Kelso and Coldstream courses.

Step inside this charming single-storey lodge from the pretty garden, through to the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has lovely comfortable leather sofas and TV/DVD. The dining area with large dining table, ideal for romantic or family gatherings enjoys wonderful views over the garden and the surrounding beautiful countryside. The stylish well-equipped compact kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave, perfect for those wishing to stay in and cook. Next door you will find the shower room with shower and WC and plenty of storage space. Continuing through from the lounge you are met with the spacious king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with plenty of storage space. Followed by the cosy twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a king-size on request).

Heading outside you will find the private hot tub benefiting from wonderful countryside and rolling hill views. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the local area. There is a private seating area next to the hot tub at the side of the lodge, ideal for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing. Attached to the side of the lodge is the handy storage space for outdoor clothing. There is ample off-road parking available. Please note the grounds and parking area of this property is covered by CCTV.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

No improvements place was excellent I would highly recomend these cottages spotless everything u need in cabins best so comfy hot tub was excellent will definetly b booking again the couple were very friendly and accomodaten
