Detached property set in a tranquil location with stunning views across the valley

Located on the edge of the small village of Cwmystwyth, this spacious and comfortable property is perched in the hills, overlooking the valley and boasting a peaceful, elevated position with far-reaching views and the regular visiting Red Kites soaring overhead. An ideal base for families and friends to explore the beautiful Ceredigion countryside.

The valley landscape has a myriad of footpaths crossing the area and is perfect for a peaceful getaway or a base for keen bird watchers, walkers or cyclists alike. Close by is the beauty spot of Devil's Bridge that is famous for its pretty nature trail, stunning waterfalls and the Rheidol steam train that goes to Aberystwyth and back. Enter the property into a bright, country-style kitchen/diner with views out to the garden. A separate utility entrance is provided for those who have been embracing the great outdoors with muddy boots and raincoats. Through the doorway to the left of the kitchen you will find the cosy lounge space, with roaring wood burner and a floor-to-ceiling feature window displaying gorgeous views across the valley. The staircase leading from the kitchen takes you to the first floor hallway, where you will find the spacious family bathroom on your left. Snuggle up at the end of the day in one of the double bedrooms, one of which can be set up as a twin on request, both enjoying countryside views and comfortable bed linen. The bunk bedroom can be found at the end of the hallway.

Outside, enjoy a hot drink under a blanket and admire the green, peaceful countryside around you. The two-tiered lawned garden is perfect for exploring, with two small ponds at the bottom. There are various seating areas dotted around, ideal for a BBQ with the family or simply curling up with a good book.
