On the ground floor 1 super king-size zip-and-link (which can be made as a twin on request). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Conservatory, Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. Outside: patio with BBQ and furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: secure bike storage. Location: shop 3 miles and pub within walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

the cottage was everything we needed (4 couples) and more! the owner was very accomodating and the whole holiday was fab from start to finish. hot tub brilliant, and all rooms to a very good standard. kitchen excellent we even did sunday lunch! many thanks for a wonderfull break

A superb house, very roomy and well equipped. The large hot tub was enjoyed by all our group from 80yrs to 4yrs! Owner very friendly and available for advice if needed.

A fantastic property for a large group with big bedrooms and communal rooms with everything you need. The large hot tub was brilliant. Great peaceful location away from everything and the owner of the property couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic place for a group of friends to celebrate a 30th birthday, would recommend to anyone.

I would definately recommend this cottage it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It accomodsted our family perfectly ranging in age from 4 to 64yrs. Only 5 mins from shops and take aways. Good touring base lots to see.

The cottage was decorated to a high standard and very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was icing on the cake especially on a rainy or relaxing day. Definitely recommend even though has to travel a little further for the beaches it was worth every minute. Will be back.

Absolutely fabulous cottage, everything you need for a wonderful holiday, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and great log burner. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after long walks with the dogs, will definately be returning. It was lovely to meet Alwen and hear her stories about the cottage.

Booked for location and size. We were a party of 6 adults and two children plenty of space and seating. Great size garden and very peacefull yet close to town. Great hot tub. Owner very helpfull.
