A pair of super semi-detached, stone cottages, refurbished at the end of 2016, providing a charming holiday destination along with an excellent contemporary finish. Approached up a leafy lane with mountain views this is an idyllic rural location with many places of interest nearby.

Pantygelli is a sweet village in the Brecon Beacons, close to Blaenavon World Heritage site. Country and mountain walks are right on your doorstep, with the Sugar Loaf and Skirrid providing amazing scenery. Just 2 miles to the historic town of Abergavenny full of shops, pubs and restaurants, with regular festivals and markets. Nearby you can visit galleries, museums, historic castles. Interesting days out at Blaenavon Iron Works and The Big Pit or perhaps try star gazing at the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre. Plenty of activities to enjoy including riding, golf, kayaking on the Usk and Wye or a visit to Hay on Wye, the town of books, which is 20 miles away.

Outside: enclosed patio garden with furniture. Amenities: ample private parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: pub within walking distance, shop 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm

The accommodation is an attractive semi-detached cottage all on one level offering ONE bedroom: king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request). Shower room accessed via lounge: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD, double sofa bed and bi-fold doors to patio. Kitchen area: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This is a great retreat for dog lovers and couples , it ticks all the boxes for walkers as well , the owners go the extra mile and have the users comfort as their priority.

This is a fantastic cottage in a wonderfully secluded location. During our recent stay there we had the bi-fold doors open nearly every day which bought the outside in on the warm afternoons. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our weeks holiday here the cottage was beautiful with stunning views we didnt want to leave. The owners Lynn & Andrew have done a fantastic job & thought of everything you would need for a very comfortable & relaxing break. A nice dog friendly pub just down the road we only had drinks so cant comment on the food but seemed quite a Read morepopular place to eat. Will definitely return in the not too distant future. No negatives at all with this cottage loved everything about it Hide

The accommodation is the best self catering cottage we have stayed in , it has everything , brilliant for our dog , great outdoor field , pub very close and great food , walks from the cottage . Perfect for quiet break .

The owners are very helpful and friendly, the cottage is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Ideally situated for fabulous walks with breath taking views. Safe for dog as has enclosed area at front and big field to play on. Cannot fault this in anyway, had a great peaceful week with mountain walks everyday, fantastic! Highly recommend!
