Perfect retreat for those who wish for some peace and quiet. Cosy cottage equipped with everything necessary for time away from home. You only need your personal items and food everything else is provided. The views are amazing with plenty of countryside to explore.

Excellent place to get away from it all and wind down, We had three seasons in three days, Arrived to standing snow & freezing fog (Winter) Overnight rain removed the snow (Spring) & our last day had blue sky & sunshine (Summer) Hope to go again.

Fantastic cottage , with amazing views. Town only 15 minuets away for supplies , but still get that great remote feel with walks right from your door step. Owners that live in the house behind are very helpful. If snow is forecast we would recommend snow chains or socks, as the road is uphill and doesnt get cleared.

A stunning cottage with amazing views from every window. If you want to get away from it all then the remoteness will suit and the cottage is comfortable enough to spend hours sitting, reading and admiring the views (and sheep). Lovely walks in the immediate area but also Offa's Dyke and the racecourse are very close- lovely with or without dogs.

It is a real getaway from it all, a place to relax with superb views and I would definitely recommend it. We will hopefully be returning next year.
