A cosy hillside barn conversion peacefully located on a working farm within the North Wales borough of Conwy.

Located at the end of a long country track, this beautiful barn has been carefully restored, preserving original features and creating the perfect getaway near the North Wales coast. It lies within the area of Abergele, with the renowned beaches at Colwyn Bay and Abergele just a short drive away. The area offers safe bathing waters as well as excellent water sports facilities for adrenaline junkies. Walking enthusiasts can explore the Offa’s Dyke pathway and the Clwydian Hill Range, which are both nearby. Also close by are the beautiful castles of Bodelwyddan, Rhuddlan and Conwy, as well as the delightful Victorian town of Llandudno, which offers quality shops and restaurants.

The welcoming accommodation has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with both a TV/DVD and radio/CD. Here you’ll also find a selection of DVDs and games for you to enjoy during your stay - perfect for quiet evenings. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is the master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which has a bath, separate shower and WC, and there’s also a shower room with WC. On the first floor are two further bedrooms - one double which enjoys a rear balcony with seating, and one twin.

Outside you’ll find a patio area with garden furniture, so you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Abergele coastline. On a clear day you can even see as far as Blackpool Tower. The property has private off-road parking for three cars.

The views are breathtaking!! Good location to see lots of what North Wales has to offer. Ample parking and lots of space inside. The kids loved having peacocks close by and seeing the horses. The owners are absolutely lovely and really topped off the holiday with their help and advice.

Lovely cottage in a gorgeous location. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful, yet we were only 10 mins from the local town.
