This beautiful barn is at the end of a long private drive and is situated on a working farm, restored by its owners who have taken great care to preserve original features while creating the perfect get away. On a clear day you can even see across the bay to Blackpool tower.

This property is located in a small village near the coast of North Wales in the area of Abergele within the borough of Conwy. Neighbouring places to visit are Colwyn Bay and Abergele just 3.5 miles away which are renowned for their enormous beaches, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities, whilst for walking enthusiasts the Offa's Dyke pathway and the Clwydian Hill Range are both nearby. The beautiful castles of Bodelwyddan, Rhuddlan and Conwy are not to be missed and the delightful Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops and restaurants.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with rear balcony and 1 twin. On the ground floor, 1 master double with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Selection of DVD's and games provided. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and microwave, Outside: patio area with garden furniture. Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, Wi-Fi and heating included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: pub, shop and beach 1.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

Lovely cottage in a gorgeous location. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful, yet we were only 10 mins from the local town. We enjoyed a 3-generation holiday here. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable with good bathroom provision and well-equipped kitchen. The addition of a washer-dryer was very useful. The peaceful location had great views and easy access to the towns and many attractions in North Wales.

Really nice cottage, spacious and well maintained. Has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Owners are very nice and welcoming. Plenty of parking, but be mindful, there is a long 'track' up to the cottage from Abergele (about a mile) which gets narrower as you climb, with passing places every so often for vehicles. The last bit ofRead more track up to the cottage has some significant potholes so be careful as you could easily damage your tyres / wheels (unless you drive a 4X4). Hide
