We stayed here for a week (family of 4) in July and its truly a beautiful cottage, tastefully renovated, situated in a very quiet rural area with mostly just the sound of sheep. Easy 15min walk through the fields, (20-25 by road) to the local pub in Rowen (really nice, tasty pub fare). Close drive to other pubs with dining in the area. This cottage is fabulous. Best if you really want to get away from it all, facilities are excellent and luxurious. We would love to return however they are no longer allowing dogs at the property which leaves us disappointed. Really was a fabulous holiday in a fabulous cottage.
