The lodge is as luxurious as described and is laid out very well with ample storage/dressing area between the bedroom and bathroom. It is very comfortable with a view over open ground and mature trees with the mountains in the background. A quiet and peaceful site.

5* accommodation with 3* hospitality. Fabulous lodge with comfy bed, great shower. However, No welcome pack to make a cup of tea after a long journey. Hot water to the bath very cool, not hot enough for a soak. Not rectified after complaint. Bath/shower towels on the small size. No visitors book or information pack on local eateries, places to visiRead moret etc. A work in progress. Prompt response to there being no toilet brush. Hide

We booked a week holiday wanting to be somewhere quiet and have the option to go off walking/exploring. The property was easy to find using the postcode and we were happily surprised when we turned up at how much it reflected the pictures. The whole property was decorated and furnished to a high standard with the quietness we wanted and the comfortRead mores we needed. The bathroom was really impressive. The hot tub was also great. The owner Alex was also welcoming and able to recommend places to go. Hide
