Location good, however a major lack of cleaning items and kitchen essentials meant a trip to the shop. Pans and baking trays had seen better days and could not be used. Never met the owner/manager. Wine cooler supplied but no coffee table which would be more useful. WiFi was nonexistent. Other comments mentioned a HotTub but we never saw one. A new, comfortable cottage - whats there is of a good standard and clean Set in a secluded position yet close to Conwy for shops etc. so a good base to explore Snowdonia However question the five star rating as missing some basics - a reasonable four star

Excellent lodge with lovely views. It is like home from home with everything you would need for your stay. Very clean and fully equipped. Very tranquil there is currently only 5 lodges on the site. Nice central location for days out and not far from the pub, beach or Conwy town centre. Hot tub was a lovely addition! would definitely recommend and wRead moree will be returning. Hide

We had a wonderful time here the place was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing, we relaxed and watched the sun go down! It made the holiday. Close to Conwy with lots to do!!

The property is new. There are currently 4 lodges on site with development of another 6 plus 10 caravans which will make the site very crowded. The property is unsuitable for any one with mobility issues.
